Privacy Policy — Three Halos: Deck Strike

Three Halos LLC ("we," "us") built the Deck Strike game as a free-to-play title. This policy explains what information the game does and does not collect.

What we collect

Anonymous usage statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people play the game. This service is cookieless and does not track you across websites. It records only aggregate technical information such as device type, browser type, approximate country, and referring page.

Standard server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs technical data needed to operate the service, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and reliability purposes.

What we do NOT collect

• No accounts, no sign-in, no names, no email addresses.
• No precise location data.
• No access to your microphone, camera, contacts, or files. The game's voice announcements are pre-recorded audio played by the game — the game never records you.
• No advertising identifiers, and the game currently shows no third-party ads.

Game progress

Your wins, losses, and unlocked levels are stored only on your own device (in your browser's local storage). We never see or receive this data. Clearing your browser data will reset your progress.

How we use information

The limited technical data above is used only to keep the game running, understand overall usage, and fix problems. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone.

Children's privacy

Deck Strike does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will address it promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here and update the effective date above.
